This is a carnival with a difference, you’ll find no 98% naked women dancing to Samba or Soca. Instead, in Cologne carnival you’ll find the most hilarious satirical floats poking jokes at some very important government people!
This is the best of the bunch, surely Silvio Berlusconi isn’t that much of a womanizer? Haha
